The hardwood accents and lower ceilings in The Lodge create a warm, cozy atmosphere at THE EVANS CENTER.
We’ve carved out this special 1,300 sq. ft. area, measuring 20 ft. wide x 65 ft. long x 9 ft. high, which can quickly be set as independent space by moving our 22-panel configurable wall partition system into place.
Or, by staggering a partial number of panels, or without the wall partitions in place at all — The Lodge becomes a natural extension of the larger banquet/conference space.
This area is perfect for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, office and organizational meetings, corporate trainings, communions, cocktail parties, family gatherings and any celebration for up to 100 people.
The wall panel system offers up to three different entry points to manage flow and to create a sound and activity buffer, while enjoying easy access to the entryway and banquet/conference area. Panels are double-sided wood grain/neutral textured paper.
A wall-mounted large screen HDTV monitor can be used for entertainment, gaming, displaying presentations or just for watching the big game!
This area features a brand-new bar with a beautiful hearthstone front and a mahogany wood grain porcelain top accented with dark-stained hardwood trim, all hand-crafted by our team members. This upscale but comfortable meeting place provides more than 20 ft. of “elbow-room” to hang out and enjoy the company of friends, family, co-workers and associates.
The bar is fully equipped with beer and pop taps, sanitary sinks and a comfortable and clean work area. A full menu of beverage service options are available.
The wall space behind the bar is covered in finished pine tongue-and-groove, arranged in an upward-slanted pattern that’s easy on the eyes. The floor is covered in neutral brown vinyl tile that blends nicely into the surrounding features.
This area can be used for “standing room only” events or seating can be provided with both rectangular and round tables, or cocktail tables and stools can be added upon request.* A ramp to the kitchen provides easy access for food preparation and distribution.
Lighting in The Lodge is provided via 24 recessed CFL spot lights that are controlled on five separate circuits, each with its own adjustable dimmer for ultimate flexibility in setting the lighting — and the mood — to fit the event.
This tastefully done area is served by its own sound-zone with a separate speaker circuit coming from the high-power sound system controlled from behind the bar.
The configurable wall system and full complement of amenities creates a comfortable, more intimate social setting that is perfect for smaller gatherings.
During larger events, this area provides the perfect spot to set up appetizer tables and/or to offer banquet or station style food service while leaving plenty of space for socializing and connecting to the larger banquet/conference area.
