Walking across the new vinyl tile flooring of the entranceway, you’ll know you’re in the “big room” when you feel the comfortable loop-pile carpet under your feet. The carpet’s neutral brown mix complements the color scheme of the 4,875 sq. ft. space without taking your attention away from the people and things gathered in it.
This spacious area will accommodate both rectangular and round tables, or cocktail tables and stools can be added upon request.*
Ideal for wedding receptions, seminars, showers, banquets, communion or funeral breakfasts, corporate trainings, graduation parties, conferences, mitzvahs, business/community expos, office and organizational meetings, benefits or any type of celebration — this space can be custom configured to meet the needs of your event and the number of attendees.
Set up food and beverage service in The Lodge and there’s plenty of room for hundreds of guests, a head table and podium, live band stage or DJ sound system to get any party going in this wide-open banquet/conference area.
The centerpiece of the room is a brand new dance floor finished with commercial-grade wood grain vinyl that always looks like new. The dance floor measures 20 ft. wide x 30 ft. long for a total 600 sq. ft. of fun!
The off-white walls are contrasted with light forest green below a tan chair rail tied into the matching columns and trim which visually separate the long wall spans around the room.
Adjustable wall sconce lights are mounted on each of the columns, providing the ultimate flexibility in tuning the room lighting to just the right setting. Five rows of overhead lighting runs the length of the space utilizing skinny-tube CFL bulbs. Each row can be individually controlled on and off (only).
Four ceiling hung chandeliers** at the corners of the dance floor can be dimmed up, down or off to take lighting control to a whole new level in this large, but inviting space.
Turn off the overhead lighting and fire up the ceiling mounted party lighting system which includes two spots shining on a center mounted “disco ball,” two rotating colored lights and a colored flash unit to create a fun atmosphere for any dance or celebration.
A variety of wireless microphone styles broadcast through the three-channel speaker system that feeds big sound to the banquet/ conference area, independent of, or simulcast to the foyer and lounge areas. A high power sound system includes a stereo receiver with CD/DVD player and auxiliary input for connecting an iPod/MP3 player*** and is controlled from the lodge area. Updated electrical outlets are strategically placed around the perimeter of the room.
For training and presentation purposes, multi-media screens can be hung from any of the four walls and a mobile audio/visual system cart is available with LCD projector and accessories.****
Use the banquet/conference area as a stand-alone space or open/stagger the configurable wall partition system to annex The Lodge area — and you’ve got yourself over 6,100 sq. ft. of available footprint for any size or type of event.
